An  excellent  opportunity for a strong Property Maintenance Manager to join this thriving independent Property Management company business based in Clifton. This exceptional brand has an established portfolio of over 900 units and is looking for a Property Maintenance Manager who can oversee a small team of maintenance administrators.

The successful Property Maintenance Manager will be experienced within Property Management and maintenance and be hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of maintenance and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

The Property Maintenance Manager will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

This role will include all aspects of Property Maintenance including, building relationships and liasiing with contractors, organising works, overseeing contractors and ensuring situations that arise are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
