Account Controller/ Customer Service Administrator (Washington) – Permanent; Full Time; Salary up to £18,500!

The Company: 

My client is a global world-class manufacturer of steel components across a variety of industries.

The Role:

• Raising job cards for requirements
• Checking customer schedules in advance, to ensure supply is covered
• Daily calls with customers and suppliers
• Placing orders with suppliers
• Monitoring daily delivery performance
• Answering general customer queries/issues

Requirements:

• Experience within a high-volume manufacturing background advantageous
• Experience of dealing with large/ demanding customers
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
