Are you a technical quality specialist with a love and experience of skincare, haircare and bath and body?

With extensive experience working within cosmetic formulation, manufacturing, and quality, you will work closely with product development, regulatory, supply chain and manufacturing to build, implement and continuously improve the global end to end quality system.

You will be responsible for continually reviewing and updating the quality processes and procedures to mitigate quality issues and ensure compliance with ISO 22716. You will be responsible for the efficient flow of new products from NPD to Production as well as audits and check on raw materials, chemicals and ingredients.

Developing great relationships with both internal colleagues and external suppliers, you will conduct audits and checks on first production to ensure all products are compliant as well as audits on external suppliers.

A real team player, you will liaise with Supply Chain & Operations, Customer Service and Product Development to resolve any quality related issues. Review and update the QC framework for inbound deliveries and coordinate the non-conformity processes, including monthly quality KPI reporting.

You are a strong leader and mentor and can inspire and motivate the team around you to achieve optimum and accurate results.
