Teqniq are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruitment Manager.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a proven Recruitment Manager to join a fantastic recruitment business with ambitious growth plans over the coming months.

My client, who is based in the Barking area is looking for a strategic leader to manage the day-to-day activities of all consultants. This will include one-to-ones, setting and monitoring of targets, managing the P&L reporting into the director/owner where appropriate. As well as this, you will be generating a revenue stream as a billing manager from your own desk in your chosen market.

Experience and Skills needed

• Recruitment management 3+ years’ experience
• Be someone who leads from the front.
• P&L management experience
• Proven track record of a profitable billing desk
• Well organised, with very good time management
• Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you.
• Experience of identifying and implementing training and development requirements.
