Locum Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry

£62.49 to £83.31 per hour OTE (Pension and WTR included)

Overview of the role:

• Part-time (6.4 PA’s per week)

We are working with a high-performing NHS Provider (CQC Rating = Good) to source a Locum Consultant in Paediatric Dentistry. This is a replacement post for an initial fixed term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The postholder will, together with colleagues, be responsible for the provision of Children’s Dentistry services, including dental care for children and adolescents under the supervision of a consultant.

The role is based in leafy Surrey, not far from historic Epsom with multiple public transport links and just a short journey to/from London.

Key requirements:

You must be fully registered with the GDC and hold an active Licence to Practice.
The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable adults and/or children (0-18 years) and therefore this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
