An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join this respected, well established independent agent based in Birmingham city.  This exceptional local brand has an established lettings business and is looking for a quality Property Manager to join the property management team and to oversee a busy portfolio. 

The successful Property Manager will be experienced within Property Management, hardworking and reliable. You must be very presentable, a strong communicator, and be able to use your own initiative. You must have up to date understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with a variety of situations.

The Property Manager will have had previous experience working within an similar environment, ideally within a similar property related role and will be happy to conduct property visits if required. 

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing section notices and dealing with general lettings administration.

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• You will ideally be ARLA qualified
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
