We are a cool, fast-growing Afro-Caribbean textured hair extensions brand and believe that building black female owned businesses is important.
Working alongside the Chief Marketing Officer within a busy, multi-tasking team, you will lead the delivery, optimization and reporting of our creative email marketing campaigns.
The ideal CRM Manager will have experience working with a product business, knowledge and experience of CRM and e-mail marketing, providing the very best customer experience and journey.
You will take control on the delivery of all email campaigns, performance metrics & ROI whilst also developing the email marketing database and drive for new sales.
Commercially savvy, you consider yourself a confident VIP, you might even say G.O.A.T. and you are keen to empower others within our advocacy tribe and sisterhood programme.
Experience with Klaviyo would be a plus.
