£37,500+ year 1, £75,000+ year 2 earnings OTE

360 Permanent Recruitment desk, Doctors Division

Full Time Monday - Friday

WHAT DO WE DO?

Our specialist recruitment consultants place Doctors (GP’s and Hospital Doctors) into private healthcare brands as well as directly into the NHS. It’s a rewarding and fulfilling Recruitment sector – you’ll be placing candidates who save lives for a living!

This involves resourcing for candidates using our existing database, LinkedIn, advertising and headhunting. You will be approaching clients to sign them up to our service and maintaining relationships with them. Account management of these and other Clients that may be given to you is also a key part of the role.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong work ethic required! This is not a regular 9-5
• Previous experience in Healthcare recruitment is desirable but not essential
• Goal driven, Money-motivated and ambitious
• You like to be in control of your earnings and rewarded for your efforts
• You have specific financial, career and/or personal goals you want to achieve
• You like to win and you enjoy negotiating
