An inclusive SEN School in Sutton are looking for an enthusiastic SEN TA to join their team in supporting Autistic pupils with communication and behavioural needs. Working in class and using communication methods including PECS, Makaton, Symbols and Object Reference. Large amount of SEN experience is not essential as the school are excited to train and develop staff who demonstrate a willingness to learn. If you have experience with ABA, VB, AAC or similar practices, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for a calm and understanding SEN Teaching Assistant who:

• Has experience supporting Autism (ASD/ASC), Communication and Behavioural Needs
• Is eager to learn
• Uses their own initiative
• Holds a valid DBS/Police Check
