Position: Technical Manager

Salary: up to £70k+ package

Location: Near Waltham Abbey

The Company

This Technical Manager’s role is with one the UK’s leading residential developers. They are known for producing high spec apartments and houses in both the private and affordable housing sectors. Their portfolio spans a range of schemes in and around North London and the northern home counties from low rise to high rise and traditional build. This particular position is office-based and you will be overseeing two traditional developments in the Herts/Essex areas. 

The Person

We are looking for a Technical Manager who can take the lead technical role on new developments. You will be overseeing a team of Technical Managers and Technical Co-ordinators to drive the design and technical aspects of the developments. To be considered you will need significant experience of working for a large residential developer or main contractor where you have been managing high volume projects of this nature. You will need proven management skills, be an effective communicator and the have ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
