This global investment bank are looking for a Programme Manager to join their Corporate Engagement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Manager to work for an Investment Bank with a staunch reputation for recruiting the very best, ensuring you would be working alongside talented individuals in their Corporate Engagement team who together coordinate the global philanthropic efforts of the company. Working alongside one other, the Programme Manager will be responsible for the coordination and management of a portfolio of over 200 volunteer projects, working alongside internal stakeholders and community organisations and this will include project planning, application review, acceptance and decline, uploading of information onto the internal website, acting as the main point of contact to and delivering volunteer team presentations to nonprofits and internal stakeholders, processing of grants, administration and reporting. You will also conduct volunteer team training, communicate with internal departments on logistical planning (events, marketing, communications and training materials) and will assist with end of season program evaluation and organising transportation.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Experience of working with or in the charity sector
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Critical thinking with sound judgement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
