Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to provide 24/7 specialist residential support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex behaviours.
We support adults with a diagnosis of learning disability, autism, mental health, epilepsy and behaviours that challenge, some of whom are supported 1:1 or 2:1 during the day and 1:1 or shared hours during the night.
Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker is essential.
