HR & L&D Administrator


Job Description:

A City based professional services company is looking for an Administrator to support two senior level individuals within the business, one with HR Admin support and the other with Learning & Development support.

Your duties will include updating employee records, preparing contracts, document management, assisting with the starter and leaver process, assisting with back ground screening, liaising with payroll,  assisting with maternity/paternity administration and more! With regard to the L&D side of things, you will be assisting with events, managing inboxes, coordinating meetings, collating reports, conducting research, updating records and providing all other administrative/logistical support. You will have opportunity to support in both the UK and Asia.

This role is looking for a real team player who has experience within HR and L&D, and enjoys supporting others. Providing this meticulous support will require a high attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Skills/Experience Desired;

  • Demonstrable experience providing heavy administrative support within HR and L&D.
  • Experience working on a HR platform.
  • Warm and personable personality.
  • Resilience and confidence.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
