Job Description:

Our valued client who has been established in Oxfordshire for nearly 40 years, are looking for an administrator to join their friendly and close knit team.

Main Duties include:

  • Use of all operating systems (training provided)
  • Arranging transportation of goods
  • Obtaining quotations
  • Processing documents for airfreight, road freight, sea freight, pallets and couriers
  • Supporting in a customer service role
  • Liaising and providing support to the drivers, warehouse staff and the sales team

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Reliable
  • Self Motivated
  • Willing to learn
  • Works well as part of a close knit team
  • Ability to offer a flexible and all round great service to the customers so a background in customer service would be beneficial
  • Full UK Driving licence as access to the site is limited via public transport

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Previous knowledge of the logistics and transport industry 


Working Hours: 9am – 17:30pm Monday - Friday (Working hours may vary depending on workload and requirements of the business)

Salary: £21,000 per annum
