Our client is a well-established building services organisation who has a very successful mechanical division.

They have a proven track record of delivering successful mechanical solutions and install solutions to our commercial and domestic clients, offering highly qualified engineers and technicians to provide expertise and experience across the full range of disciplines including local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts and private sector.

They are now in need of an experienced Commercial Heating Engineer (service) to cover London and Hertfordshire regions (must be happy with travel) 

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing and remedial work repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties.

The successful candidate will need to have a detailed knowledge and experience of main boiler manufacturer installation and servicing requirements and instructions.

To be proficient in carrying out full commissioning of gas heating boilers and associated controls on completion of installation or servicing works

To be able to demonstrate and have a good fault finding/diagnostic skill and to carry out necessary repairs/replacement of defective parts etc.

To be competent of draining down and re-filling of heating system/s in order to remove and replace defective/leaking radiators or associated isolation valves

The successful candidate will need to hold valid ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1) and a full UK Driving Licence.
