Risk Transformation Manager (Consulting, Banking, Target Operating Model)

My Client is a leading Consulting firm with offices globally. Their Financial Transformation Services team is at the heart of delivering large scale, regulatory driven transformation for their Financial Services clients. 

They are currently seeking Risk Change & Transformation specialists to work with their clients to re-architect their operating models and, design and implement processes.

Essential Skills & experience for the successful Risk Transformation Manager 
— Experience in a managerial role on regulatory driven transformation or risk engagements with a proven track record of successfully leading client projects across the delivery lifecycle.
— High level understanding of the Risk function, three lines of defence and Risk Management frameworks
— Transformation Leadership and/or Digital Operations capabilities (as listed above).
— Work in or with the Financial Services industry, predominantly in Banking (Business, Commercial, Investment or Retail)
— Strong understanding of the Risk Function within Banking, with experience in developing frameworks and operating models.
— Working understanding of the role of the regulator (PRA & FCA)
— Experience in Risk Function or Compliance transformation.
— Previous consulting experience, ideally in a Big 4 or other management consulting practice.
