Client

My client is specialist heavy side building product manufacturer that has a great product and a successful route to market.

Due to investment and huge growth plans, they are looking to recruit an area sales manager to focus on selling their products to contractors and builder’s merchants.

Are you a driven Area Sales Manager looking for a company that is going places and is willing to take you and your career on the journey with them?

Role

You will work your are area building relationships with contractors and at all level making sure they want to use your products. It is not just about selling your products it is about supporting and training the use of your products.

All products are back sold through a merchant distribution network, so relationships with the merchants is key. You will closely with the branch sales staff to gain leads and support them on winning new projects. You will ensure branch stock levels are always at good levels to meet demand.

Candidate

To apply for this role, you will need to say yes to the following;

• Live on the patch
• Contacts and relationships with national and independent builders merchants, or you will currently work for a merchant.
• Experience of selling a heavy side product Aggregates, Blocks, Bricks, Ready Mix, Precast, Concrete, Insulation, Paving, Landscaping, render, cladding etc
• You will be a hunter mentality and enjoy chasing the business
