Our client is a well-established building services organisation who have a proven track record of delivering successful electrical, mechanical and security solutions to their commercial and domestic clients across the South East of England.

They now have the need for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join the company and cover the London (Greater & Central) region, working to provide technical guidance and ensure that clients demands are met.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience within a Mechanical Management role who is confident in the management of Engineers, the estimating and costing of jobs and some business development/ networking within the industry across BOTH domestic and commercial contracts.

You will also need to hold VALID commercial gas tickets, a relevant City & Guilds and also a full Uk driving licence.  

In return our client is offering a salary between £50K - £55K base salary (depending on experience) + company vehicle + great company benefits!
