Are you a driven individual with a passion for the beauty and wellness sector?

Do you have in-depth knowledge and proven success managing the top beauty retailers, Boots and Superdrug?

We are looking for an experienced sales manager to spearhead sales, grow profit and margin performance in this category. The ideal person will have significant experience of handling Boots or Superdrug accounts, or a retailer of a similar standing.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team at a leading health and beauty manufacturer. In order to succeed in this role, you must have a broad understanding of selling into high street, beauty and drugstores, which you can successfully utilize to drive sales and profit performance.  

Working with an exciting portfolio of brands in a rapidly growing category, you will manage key accounts, identify and actively pursue new opportunities to maximize brand sales. You must be an assertive and commanding personality, as your priority is to continually identify and maximize opportunities for growth.

You must be a highly driven individual, ready to jump into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running. You will be commercially numerate with a stellar record of driving impressive yet sustainable sales growth. A go-getter, you will constantly be looking for the next big challenge.

You will be a self-starter that can work well with minimal oversight, absorbing seamlessly into the overall brand strategy. This role will empower you to take full ownership of key accounts, and so you must have impeccable business acumen and a robust understanding of the impact your decisions will have on the business accounts.
