Job Description:


A small financial services company based in stunning offices in the City is looking for motivated and hands on Office Assistant, with a real muck in attitude – no task to big or too small. The whole office of 10 people are all team players, who are happy to help each other in any way they can.


This role will give the successful Office Assistant the chance to get involved in a variety of tasks and the opportunity to grow and develop their skill set. This is a Permanent position, however for the first 6 months of your role you will be covering someone’s maternity leave, dealing with the onboarding (KYC) on all new clients. This will involve collating information, verifying documents, sending out reference request, updating the database and analysing data. Following this cover you will be a more all-round office assistant who will help all departments including compliance, finance, business development, office management etc.


You will ensure the smooth running of the office and it’s important you are happy to put your hand to any task. It is important that this Office Assistant has a positive attitude and an approachable nature.


Experience/Skills Desired;

  • 6 months-1 year experience working in an office environment preferred.
  • Administration experience is highly beneficial.
  • Positive muck in attitude
  • Confidence working independently

  • High level of organisational and interpersonal skills
