IT Support Engineer - G Suite


Job Description:

IT Support Analyst with experience supporting a G Suite environment needed for this logistic software business. Working as part of a small IT support business the role will involve supporting their internal user base as well as providing support to their SaaS based CRM system

Responsibilities are varied and include:

  • Manage email accounts and GSuite for Trunk staff
  • Manage Network printers in office
  • Manage IP phone systems with provider of phones
  • Provide systems admin and client support on SaaS CRM system
  • Support remote/home workers

The right person will be a great communicator, a problem solver, able to manage a changing and varied workload. Strong G Suite skills are a must and a basic understanding of software languages would, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, would be a real advantage
