The Role:

 The role is a Mobile Plant Fitter; you will be in charge of maintenance of fork lifts, trailers, tractors - essentially, anything with wheels and an engine. You will carry out PPMs and reactive work, while adhering to Health and Safety regulations, and potentially dealing with customers. 

The shifts are Monday to Friday days, giving you your free time on the weekends! You will be expected to work solo, and you will be given a workshop to conduct your work in!

Salary: £40,000

Experience required:

• Experience working in manufacturing environments; the environment can be dirty due to the nature of product made on-site 
• Experience working as a Mobile Plant fitter in food/heavy environments is needed
• Experience working as a vehicle mechanic is looked upon favourably
• Experience working to H&S regulations and dealing with customer service is a bonus
• Apprenticeship served focusing on mechanical principles/fitting is a MUST
• Experience working with vehicles, diesel or petrol, and maintenance of such vehicles is needed. 
• Any manufacturing environment welcome – FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, automotive, metals, RAF, Forces etc.
