Mechanical Supervisor
Loughborough, Leicestershire
£49,000 plus 13% pension, a bonus and exceptional career progression opportunities.
Night shifts 4on 4off 5on 5off

Due to internal changes we're looking for a Supervisor to lead 3 Mechanical Fitters.
The Ideal Candidate will be Apprenticeship served or have a HNC in Mechanical Engineering. You'll need to have worked on Conveyors, Motors, Gearboxes, Bearings and heavy machinery. If not, Industrial Manufacturing experience is essential.
The role is all about leading, supervising and mentoring the team of Fitters, it's 100% Mechanical, although Electrical knowledge is a bonus it isn't necessary- we have a separate electrical team. You'll be tasked with delivering solutions with varied Mechanical Engineering related activities. Provide supervision for the Mechanical Maintenance engineers, whilst providing technical expertise in mechanical systems and health and safety processes and policies.
