Job Description:

An excellent opportunity for Repairs Coordinator to join this leading Estate Agent name in their Harborne office.  This exceptional brand has a highly established lettings business which is continually growing through acquisition. Due to the growth within the business my client now has a dedicated Repairs divisions and are looking for an additional Repairs Coordinator to join this team. 

The successful Repairs Coordinator will be experienced within a phone based, customer service role, ideally working within a repairs or breakdown style role. You must be presentable, a good communicator, able to use your initiative and questioning skills to ascertain the tenant needs and coordinate the appropriate contractor to resolve the issues at hand. 

The Repairs Coordinator will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar phone orientate, customer support role.  

This role will include all aspects of Repairs Coordination including, assessing the problem the tenant needs resolving, reassuring the tent the problem is in hand and will be dealt with swiftly, obtaining quotes from the approved contractor list, liaising with landlords to gain authorisation and issue works order to the successful contractor. The Repairs Coordinator will be handling multiple caseloads and therefore must be able to handle a varied workload efficiently whilst maintaining excellent service levels at all time. 

Repairs Coordinator – Experience Needed

  • Previous Customer Support, repairs or service experience is essential
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
  • Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
