Account Manager – Sales

£23-27k plus bonus 25 days holiday and good pension working hours Monday to Friday office hours 2 days hybrid working

I have worked in partnership with this business for 15 years and have seen many people go on to have successful careers from starting in the internal sales role.

Some great examples of this are Dan that came from recruitment and is now a Major Contracts Manager for HS2. Lewis that sold posters internationally is now an Area Sales Manager. Rachael has moved sideways and is now carving a career in marketing and being put through relevant qualifications.

In fact, for the 2 roles, I am recruiting on both hiring managers have progressed through the business both starting from sales admin roles.

The role is working as part of a well-developed team selling specialist construction materials into commercial projects throughout the UK. You will build relationships with many different sectors that buy these specialist products.

Due to nationwide issues caused by covid and Brexit, you will be able to manage expectations around product availability and transportation of the product. Having good conversations around when projects will be starting and products will be needed.

You will be given a personal development plan after a short while in the role to identify how and when you want to progress and what you need to do to achieve this.
