Job Description:

The administration assistant will be working alongside the office manager providing support to a recruitment agency for all office demands and consultant needs.

We are based in Lichfield town centre and are looking for someone to assist in answering the phone, data entry, payroll, chasing timesheets, calling through ex candidates, advertising jobs, dealing with responses, basic marketing duties, working on spreadsheets.
The office is open from 8-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-4 on a Friday, we are happy to accommodate the 25 hours within those days and we are easily accessible by public transport.
There will be phone and computer work mainly mixed in with some basic admin - but this will be a busy role for the right individual, multi tasking and varied tasks will apply.
Bespoke civil solutions is a privately owned recruitment company based in Lichfield town centre.
We recruit staff for the construction, housing and building site industry, so recruit people from ground workers, trades and labour to quantity surveyors and site managers. For permanent or temporary employment.
We have 8 full time employees and we are looking to grow and develop our business which could lead to permanent opportunities within the future.
As a recruitment agency we obviously have an understanding of what future employers are looking for, so we can offer full advice on this.
We are very busy, no day the same and time flies!

SKILLS NEEDED
We are looking for the right attitude to work, for someone to be keen and reliable is the only requirements that we have, the rest we can train
Good communication skills will be a benefit as will good organisational skills, but no qualifications or work experience will be required as we can train the right individual for the role.

We can offer full training and support for the candidate.
Firstly we will listen to the applicant to understand what they are looking to achieve out of the role, to see if they are also in education / training to accommodate this in the working hours.
All of our job roles, duties will come with full training and support. We will use many methods to ensure that all of the training is effective and understood. We can use online training platforms to provide some basic qualifications in customer service and administration. In addition to that the candidate will be around us listening to us talking to clients and customers so we will be able to provide a realistic overview of what a client wants / future employers. We can go through CV writing, interview techniques and how to find suitable employment, we may even find roles in the local companies that we deal with. We will hold daily meetings - performance reviews and provide regular feedback on how they are doing, but also to listen to the candidates feedback as well.
