Are you a talented Assistant Design Manager or Design Coordinator looking to work on a higher quality project?
Then this role might be for you!
Our client is a high-end residential and hotel specialist that generally work on the conversion of listed buildings into super prime residential apartments or hotels.
They’re looking for an Assistant Design Manager from a well-known main contractor or developer to assist a Senior Design manager on a £40m super-prime residential fit-out consisting of just 30 units near belgravia.
The quality of the finishes is to an extremely high standard & will see you managing bespoke packages, sourcing some of the most exclusive materials in the world.
Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, this position will be responsible for providing design and technical support to the project.
To be considered for the role you will have demonstrable knowledge of BREEAM, Building Regulations (including PartB) and SMART waste. Construction management or architectural degree, or equivalent and previous experience in a similar role for a large established construction firm.
The Salary for this position is up to £49K + benefits package.
