Assistant Design Manager

Salary:                  £40,000 - £49,000 + package

Project:                 £100m high end residential

The Company

This Assistant Design Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s leading main contractors. They are a diverse organisation with activities in most sectors of the built environment. This particular role is within their London major projects division that undertakes a wide range of schemes in the private and public sectors including residential and commercial buildings. Projects will vary in value from £80m – £300m and this role is to work on a £100m Super Prime residential project in Kensington.

The Person

We are looking for an Assistant Design Manager who has been working with a top 20 main contractor on London based commercial or residential projects or An experienced Project architect who has worked on high-end residential projects. Ideally, you will be degree educated in either an architectural or Construction based subject.  You will need to assist the two Design Managers with the management of external design teams, ensuring that they are delivering design on time, within budget and at the desired quality. Experience of working on high-end residential is essential.
