Working as an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, as well as adding new clients to the portfolio. You will be the main point of contact for customers and will communicate effectively and regularly to build solid relationships and be their ‘go to’ person.

The right person for the role
Someone who:
• Thrives in a fast paced, sales oriented environment, with a proven track record of performance
• Has excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Is able to build and develop a strong rapport with key stakeholders.
• Has previous experience of print in broker or direct sales (as a good level of print knowledge is crucial to help customers with their needs)
• Has solid computer literacy and the ability to use a CRM to collect, update and use data efficiently

The Package:
• Starting salary – £23K (£30K realistic OTE)
• This is a full-time position at 37.5 hours per week (typically Mon – Fri 8-4), however the company is currently undergoing a restructure to a 4 day working week
• Holidays – 25 Days per year (increasing with length of service up to 28 days)
