We're opening a brand new training centre off the back of a bumper year, government Grants for Heat Pumps and a huge gap in the market. Training on GSHP, UFH, plumbing and other new renewables will be our latest offering. 
 

This role will be supporting and launching the training centre, it's a unique opportunity to make your mark on something.

We already have a huge customer base of dedicated installers who are itching to up-skill. We need someone who's engaging, organised and knowledgeable who can train and assess learners.


We've been trading for decades and have expanded the business significantly, reinvesting heavily over the last decade.

You'll be tasked with promoting the courses, working with the sales team. There'll be some travel to customers sites but the role will predominantly be based in Lutterworth.

You'll need experience in installing products, NVQ level 3 assessor qualification would be great.
