Job Title: Assessor - Coaching Professional

Location: Home based / Remote delivery

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria;

• Must hold, or be willing to work towards. a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 (PTLLS/AET).
• Ideally have experience of assessing the Coaching Professional Standard at Level 5, although it is not essential.
• Ideally hold, or be willing to work towards, a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA). 
• Must hold solid occupational experience within Coaching, e.g. Business Coach; Career Coach; Leadership Coach or wellbeing to name a few examples.
• Must hold a Level 5 ILM Certificate in Effective Coaching & Mentoring.
• Must be IT Literate and confident with online MS Teams delivery.
• Excellent communication skills
• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
• Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Duties:

• Assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship Standard.
• Delivering online learning via MS Teams to gather evidence.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely reviews, paperwork, EPA and general administration.
