Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Apley (TF1), who are looking for a General Operative to join their thriving operation on a late shift. 

Duties of the General Operatives will involve assisting the moving crew in keeping gangways clear so that large modular buildings can be safely moved from the yard into the factory. 

Main hours of work for this shift are 16:00 - 02:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:30 - 21:00 on Fridays. 

General Operatives will be required to work in a factory environment, both inside and outside the building and working as part of a team of 5. 

Some manual work will be expected, using hand held tugs to help manoeuvre the modular buildings. 

This position is expected to become permanent after a successful trial period.
