An excellent opportunity for a strong Property Manager to join this thriving independent agent based in York. This exceptional brand has an established lettings business and is looking for a Property Manager to join the team.

The successful Property Manager will be experienced within Property Management, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations. 

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing section notices and dealing with general lettings administration. This role is 70% office based and 30% out on the road attending inspections and check outs, so a driving licence is essential for this role. 

Property Manager – Experience Needed

• Ideally ARLA qualified 
• Previous property management experience essential
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages

Preferred:

• Experience of working with Reapit and Fixflo systems
