This internationally respected brand is known for delivering the very best cutting-edge services and being the ultimate destination for skin, using innovative and bespoke treatments.

This exciting opportunity will have you working alongside some of the industry’s most respected experts and medically trained practitioners, including dermatologists, therapists and doctors. As a Clinic Receptionist you should have impeccable attention to detail as well as a keen interest in the beauty or aesthetic industries. You will be responsible for booking treatments, responding to email and telephone enquiries, retailing products and facilitating a seamless customer journey.

Experience and Qualifications…

• A keen interest and understanding of the beauty or aesthetic industry
• Experience working in a similar environment and accustomed to VIP clientele
• Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Pabau/CQC is beneficial but not essential
• Administrative skills including use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)
