Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £20,000 rising to £25,000 (Basic Salary) OTE - £50,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Our well-established client is looking to immediately recruit a number of experienced sales professionals to fill upcoming positions within their rapidly growing, dynamic Pre-Assessment department, based within the sales sector of the business.

The role:

Ideally we to hear from energetic, fast-paced, target driven sales individuals with a minimum of 1 years’ experience selling B2B services on a self-generated basis, who are forward thinking and able to work on their own initiative to fill these roles within the department.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Making outbound, targeted calls, targeted to 150 calls per day
  • Make a minimum of 3 appointments per day
  • Making use of company scripts, information and email introductions to provide necessary information
  • Documenting calls, call back opportunities and using your own initiative to follow these up
  • Booking appointments for field sales representatives
  • Relationship management and the ability to develop new sales leads through existing client base
  • Self-motivation and a determined attitude are a must, as sales can be challenging, but it can also be very rewarding, so we are looking for resilience, tenacity, and energy.

  • 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday (No weekends, overtime available)
