Job Title: Vendor & Supplier Executive

Location: Watford

We are working with a fast growing, ambitious marketing and technology company. Due to recent growth, they require a Vendor & Supplier Executive to manage our relationships with our technology vendors.  This is a brand new role reporting to our Managing Director, and the right candidate has the opportunity use their technical knowledge and commercial abilities to have a significant impact on the company.

You will be responsible for optimising existing vendor relationships within our technology stack (as well as identifying new opportunities) and therefore a background in technology is preferred. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is keen on taking hands-on responsibility and developing their career in a fast paced, growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee our relationships with all 3rd party vendors covering payments, KYC, fraud and customer experience
• Monitor and report on key vendor KPIs
• Build a strong knowledge of our technology stack and products
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new potential vendors
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms at contract renewals
• Manage onboarding of new vendors
• Build strong relationships with vendor account managers
• Ensure that vendor products are used to full potential
• Work with Development and Product Design teams to ensure optimal implementation of vendor solutions

Key Skills / Experience

• Background in technology or a technology related role
• Comfortable and proficient in analysing, interpreting and presenting data
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Relationship management experience
• Experience in optimising technology processes
