HR Business Partner
Up to £43,000 per annum
Permanent – Full Time (hybrid home & office working)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide responsive advice and guidance across all HR related questions, queries and issues.
You will work with the senior leadership team to create a functional people plan aligned with the corporate people strategy. You will deliver a fully integrated HRBP service ensuring consistency across all interventions. You will oversee and advise across restructure, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE.
You will manage and develop HR advisors, monitor business unit HR metrics and provide managers with advice relating to potential business risk.
You will be qualified to Level 5 or above CIPD Qualified (Chartered/Graduate/ Associate membership) and have proven experience as a senior advisor/ within a HRBP role.
