£21,000 basic plus bonus

Our client is a rising star in their sector, their aim is to take on their largest competitor. The plan is to do this by exceeding expectations and giving excellent customer service.

The company boasts a dedicated team of internal sales advisors that have all come into the team with very little experience but have gone onto have careers within the business.

The role

Working alongside an external account manager, assisting them to look after a network of builder’s merchants in a defined geographical area.

You will process orders and update on customers on deliveries.

Process returns and escalate any product queries.

You will be targeted on bring back on lapsed customers and gaining appointment’s for your external sales person.

You will all account manage regular customers and try and increase customer spend.

To be successful in this role you will you receive 1st class training and support.
