Business Development Manager - Soft FM
Agile Recruit is working closely with a global Facilities Management. The client is currently hiring a for number of positions including a Business Development Manager. They provide a range of services and solutions to a major client base, across a diverse range of sectors.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:
· Working closely with the Business Development Director to support the growth of key strategic accounts.
· Interact and develop relationships with existing contacts and prospects via telephone, meetings and email.
· Track all relevant qualifications and lead management activity
· Able to effectively communicate the high-level value propositions.
· Become a sector specialist by digesting industry news, industry competition, and industry-specific offerings.
· Management of strategic accounts such as SOW creation/submission etc.
· Provide a link from sales to delivery consultants, sharing key account updates, etc.
Business Development Manager requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development based position.
· Natural communicator, with the ability to interact with existing and new contacts as well our key partner ecosystem across all communication channels.
· An understanding and experience of selling Services within soft facilities management.
· Characteristically a self-starter, typically self-sufficient while also collaborative, organised, and works well in a team.
· Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of customer/prospect stakeholders.
