Paratus People is a fast-growth Talent Solutions Consultancy working with clients across the UK, Europe, and North America solely in the IoT and Video Technology world.

We are part of a wider group that also provides investment, advertisement and media services including two successful podcasts that we run regularly. Providing recruitment services to big household names including TomTom, Sky and NBC, we are now growing the team and on the lookout for driven and motivated individuals to join us as Recruitment Delivery Consultants.

What are your responsibilities?

As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will have the best tools and training to develop your own IoT or Video Technology candidate network, working closely with a Client Services Manager and the wider team to support you.

What this will look like day to day:

• Sourcing and qualifying the best candidates across the globe.
• Supporting candidates throughout the entire job hiring process.
• Maintaining relationships with new and existing candidates.
• Producing compelling advertisements for various roles.
• Playing a key part in contributing to the overall success of the team.
