£41,500 plus overtime

The company have been established over 100 years, they supply building products to the public sector; infrastructure etc, and more! The team is around 20 engineers, split between fitters and multiskilled engineers. This fantastic opportunity has come about due to a shift change to a more manageable, sociable shift pattern - creating demand for more engineers!

About the Role as Maintenance Engineer:

• Focusing on electrical and mechanical reactive works and PPMS -
• Fault finding on PLCs
• Working with conveyors, presses, silos, mixers, belts, rollers, hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, chains, motors.
• It is a fast-paced role, with the production demands being of upmost importance, you will need to be able to cope with the effect of this pressure.
• Some light projects work from time to time

The Ideal Candidate:

• Apprenticeship served
• NVQ 3 qualified in Engineering disciplines
• Experience in heavy engineering background ideal but not a deal-breaker
• Electrically biased with strong mechanical capabilities
• Experienced in a Maintenance Engineer position
