Job Title: Learner Recruitment / IAG Officer
 
Location: Sheffield - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 (Depending on experience)

KM are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a private Training Provider who is looking to appoint a Learner Recruitment / IAG Officer in Sheffield.

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Recruit and attract learners for Apprenticeship and Traineeship opportunities through a variety of methods including social media, advertising, visiting schools and engaging with referral partners.
• Conduct Assessments with candidates to ensure they are enrolled onto the most relevant programme.
• Match candidates to the most suitable opportunity through screening / interviews to assess suitability, match candidate to client / vacancy, arrange interview with employer and deliver feedback in a timely fashion – managing the end to end cycle.
• Deliver effective IAG to learners to ensure they are sign-posted to appropriate opportunities after their training has been completed.
• Work closely with learners close to completion to secure progression routes (Full time employment / Further Education etc...)
• Work towards and achievement of set targets and KPI's for the recruitment and retention of learners.
• Re-engage learners at risk of dropping off programme, implementing targets to ensure learners complete their training.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools / referral partners to ensure the promotion of our clients training offering.
• Be constantly aware of competitors / changes in the local area of support networks. 
• Accurately complete learner paperwork and submit in a timely manner.  

Essential Criteria;

• Experience of working within a Sales role.
• Experience of candidate attraction and recruitment.
• Ideally have experience of liaising and engaging with schools and referral partners to recruit learners. 
• Experience of working towards targets and KPI’s.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a confident, friendly and professional manner.
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
