The Company:

My Client are growing on an enormous scale and now require a Maintenance Supervisor to work a 4on/4off shift pattern The Maintenance Supervisor will act as the technical lead during out of hours. They will provide expertise to the site team, lead all breakdown events and ensure that all rectification work is completed safety, effectively & efficiently.

The successful candidate will receive extensive training and be fully supported as they join our team. The role will suit someone who is very much hands on themselves but wants to get stuck in with extra duties that involve but not limited to;

 

To lead and manage the engineers on shift, prioritising and allocating work and ensuring that all available resource is used to full potential.

 

The Maintenance Supervisor will plan work from the Lean RCM system, ensuring that all parts, materials, and consumables are available as and when required.

 

To ensure that all plant and equipment on site is modified and improved, to maximise equipment availability and performance whilst still achieving output levels required to meet production demands.

 

To ensure that all modifications or changes to equipment are in line with PUWER machinery safety regulations.

This is a great opportunity to get more involved in capital projects, Root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

What we need from you:

• Ideally qualified to L3 in either mech or elec discipline (either bias considered!)
• Worked as a Maintenance Supervisor in a previous role for at least two years
• Exp. With ordering spare parts, dealing with contractors, writing up shift reports etc.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
