IT Customer Support Analyst - Redhill - 3 months temp to perm - £130-£150 a day via umbrella - NHS

You will be a member of this NHS Organisation's IT Customer Support Team which provides direct customer facing support across the organisation, resolving support incidents and deploying approved changes, helping them deliver safe and effective patient care.

The role requires a dedicated, self-motivated and capable individual who is able to work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of a great customer experience to the organisation and its employees. The role will work with customers, suppliers, team members and other Digital Divisional staff as necessary.
The role works cooperatively to address first and second line incidents, ensuring they are effectively and efficiently addressed within the scope of the role, escalating as necessary to the IT Customer Support Manager and expert 3rd Parties for direction, guidance and equipment repairs as necessary.
