They are in need of an experienced Program Manager to maintain a controlling influence across multiple projects and across several teams in order to keep those projects in line with organizational goals. You'll have talented project managers reporting to you and you'll have the final say on a number of key decisions. This includes:

• Maintaining organizational standards of quality and performance

• Managing budgets and funding for maximum productivity

• Producing program reports for management and stakeholders

• Working with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities
