My client is a leading provider of print and direct marketing. Based in the West Midlands, they offer a comprehensive range of services within direct mail, utilising their own in-house production facilities alongside their trusted suppliers they can also deliver bulk mailing campaigns.

Within this role you’ll be a focal point of the business; liaising between production, suppliers, and clients you’ll be a key part of the team in guiding, advising, and implementing best practices across the operational capability of a fast-growing business. You’ll be managing customer requirements through from initial contact through to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and effective process. This role is fully office based.

The Role

- Managing a series of client accounts customer requirements and assisting with customer requests across a full range of print and direct mail services
- Building rapport with customers in conjunction with marketing and sales; retaining revenue and generating further growth via sales through service
- Raising jobs, orders and taking ownership of projects to ensure quality and service levels are achieved
- Liaising with staff internally as well as external suppliers
- Assist in management of the production schedule to ensure accurate management of client timescales

The Person

- Proven experience in a similar role, or looking to begin a career within account management and have worked in similar roles previously
- Understands the print production process (highly desirable)
- Has excellent communication skills – excellent written capabilities and impeccable telephone manner
- A friendly, outgoing, personable and professional demeanour
- Can multi-task and be proactive in identifying and delivering client and company needs
- Can work effectively with minimum supervision
- IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office

Salary & Benefits

A generous base salary between £29,000-£35,000 (Based on experience), plus 22 days annual leave (rising after qualifying period to 25 days) + bank holidays. Company pension, onsite parking, and more.
The working hours within this role are 40 hours a week – Monday to Friday 0800-1630, with a 30-minute lunch break. Although some flexibility is required around this.
