Over the last 2 years our business has evolved and our customer demands have increased significantly. Off the back of this we are growing our Birmingham team and require an individual to help lead our candidate delivery efforts and can assist the Account Team in delivering the service we have become well-known for.
You will need to be someone that understands delivering candidates to external customers and with delivery deadlines, you do not need to know technology recruitment at all, that’s the easy bit and we can teach that, however understanding the process of resourcing and screening candidates is a must.
You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates in multiple locations across varied technology, including internationally
- Booking and tracking candidates through the interview and offer process
- Talent pooling per country and per skill set to increase our effectiveness
- Interviewing candidates to assess suitability
- Managing and updating key data and reports for both internal and external purposes
- Engaging with customers to deliver candidate feedback
In return you will receive a very competitive basic salary and bonus scheme with an overall OTE of £40,000 per annum and the opportunity for growth in the future.
