Ensure the integrity and security of our client’s operational financial processes, and ensure that the company does not suffer any financial loss, by following defined BAU procedures.
- Full management of regulatory data and reporting in line with legal requirements – strictly adhering to associated timeframes - including but not limited to: collation, analysis, tracking, formatting, validation, escalation and status reporting
- Be the single point of contact for the above, managing the requirements both internally and externally
- Creation and maintenance of clear and concise process documentation
- Precise record keeping at an auditable level
- Support relevant internal teams - those related to the primary role responsibility of data management alongside your core Operational team
- Maintain full ownership, from open to close, on tickets, BAU processes and escalations, liaising with other teams as necessary. Proactively manage these items, to help manage expectations, and ensure completion within agreed timescales
- Complete (and back-up cover) the admin and data-entry for key financial processes
- Additional specific responsibilities to be defined and revised from time to time by your line manager as appropriate for the role
Required
Comfortable with basic mathematics
Able to follow defined procedures accurately and within strict SLA
Able to analyse existing procedures, looking for and suggesting improvements
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite Applications, primarily Excel
Desired (non-essential – can be trained)
Familiarity with Service Desk or other Ticketing Tools
Familiarity with European Banking Networks (Faster Payments, SEPA)
Experience with data analytics/reporting tools
Familiarity with technical systems and protocols (SQL, Database, XML)
Hours: 9-5.30 Monday – Friday-
