Are you experienced in working with various metals and looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Our client, a well-respected manufacturer in their sector is looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to join their team.  With decades of experience in their design & product, our client is a leader in their field, supplying specific, high-quality materials and components to their customers’ needs globally.

The Sheet Metal Worker will be responsible for various assemblies and components using recognised trade skills to produce quality components to drawing requirements.

Core responsibilities of a Sheet Metal Worker will include: -

• Work to jig, drawing and route card requirements.
• Obtain and maintain Operator verification approval stamps.
• Assist in introducing new methods and techniques where possible.
• Bring forward ideas to improve and reduce costings in production.
• Familiar with Health and Safety & Fire policies.

Required skillset of Sheet Metal Worker: -

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Ability to reach targets and assist others in achieving their goals.
• Able to follow company procedures.
• Good understanding  from verbal and written instructions.
• Able to read measuring equipment.
• Can do attitude and willingness to learn.
