This exceptional brand has built enviable relationships with leading city centre developers and has built a strong New Homes stock list. Due to the fabulous growth in this area of the business my client is now looking for a dedicated New Homes Specialist to lead this offering. Focusing purely on the New Homes Sales the chosen individual will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining and nurturing existing developer relationships whilst building new opportunities with new developers
• Sourcing properties
• Ensuring you are fully knowledgeable with on going developments within the city centre and the surrounding infrastructure.
• Having the knowledge and vision to sell and complete on off plan developments
• Ensure all opportunities to upsell third party services are grasped
• Managing your sales through to completion
• Becoming the “go to” person in the city centre for investors, developers and new build home owners

As a New Homes Specialist you will be ambitious, customer service driven and ideally will have strong knowledge of the city centre.

The successful New Homes Specialist could come from either a resales background or be in the new homes sector at the moment, you will have at least 2 years property sales experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a drive and hunger to succeed and progress within the brand.

New Homes Specialist – Experience Needed

• Previous New Homes or property resale experience is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
• Be experienced or have a proven strong knowledge of the city centre area and ideally the up and coming developments within it

New Homes Specialist – Benefits

• A lucrative salary of up to £27,000 basic and commission on top OTE at least £35-37,000
